I solve problems using technology, strategy, and common sense. Over 15 years I've gone from engineering IoT sensor networks and smart city platforms to leading blockchain teams and designing digital transformation strategies for enterprise clients. I've managed European research projects, built MVPs from scratch, and helped organisations redesign how they govern their technology.
I don't specialise in one technology — I specialise in understanding the problem and designing the right solution, whatever the industry, whatever the stack.
